General Terms
IMPORTANT TICKET PURCHASE INFORMATION: This ticket is valid for GENERAL ADMISSION and must be scanned prior to entry via General Admission line. This is a 21 and over event. A valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets will be required at will call. Ticket holders will be guaranteed entry into the venue until 1pm. Swimwear permitted.  Per the Pool’s screening procedures, all guests are subject to be searched upon entry into the venue and prohibited items may be confiscated. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Management reserves the right to refuse admission; re-entry is not guaranteed.  Artists and event subject to change without notice. By purchasing a ticket to the event, you agree to the terms outlined above.
Refund Policy
All Ticket sales are final and nonrefundable under any circumstance. This includes but is not limited to expired ID.  Processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the terms outlined above and agree to the all sales final policy no refunds under all circumstances
Cancellation Policy

In the event one of our events are canceled by the venue or by government order tickets can be refunded from the point of purchase.  Artists and event subject to change without notice.

Item Transfer Policy

Items may not be transferred for any reason. The purchaser must be in attendance with proper ID to gain passes for entry to the nightclub.

Age Restriction

You must be 21 or over with proper valid ID and in dress code for entry.  Please note that IDs must be state issued, military issued, or a valid passport.
